Q: How does BQ webshop price include VAT?
A: All prices in BQ webshop includes Finnish VAT 24%. Finnish VAT is applied to not only domestic orders, but international orders as well. If you place the order outside Finland with a valid company ID, the pricing system will automatically count 0VAT, provided customer input valid company name and ID when registering.

Q: How does BQ webshop grant the manufacturing warranty for rackets?
A: All rackets sold through BQ webshop have 6 month manufacturing warranty, counting from the receiving date. The manufacturing warranty does not include strings and improper use of the equipment.

Please follow the below instructions when claim a case. BQ has right to not proceed the case if any of below instructions are not provided properly.

• Claim the case as soon as it happens with a valid order number. Please make sure the claim is no later than 6 months after receiving.- Tell what happened shortly when the problem is shown.
• Important: leave the racket as it was when got problem. Do not try to fix or cut the strings. BQ will not proceed if a racket frame is without strings.
• Take three pictures clearly as follow:
  • One picture shows the whole racket and general condition
  • One close picture shows one angle of the problematic point
  • One close picture shows another angle of the problematic point than point ‘b’

BQ is official and general distributor of Kumpoo and other brands in Nordic countries. As long as the decision is made, it is final. We do not accept appeals. Customers have rights to send the racket to any legal laboratory in EU for a further analysis. If the result of laboratory analysis shows a different result than Kumpoo made, BQ will cover the cost of laboratory (maximum 200Euro) and compensate a new racket frame.

For international deliveries, Posti Priority delivers all around the world. The pricing is based on Posti tariff zones. Usually, it takes 3-5 business days to Nordic destinations, 3-7 business days to EU destinations and 6-14 business days to the rest of the world. BQ is not responsible of any delays due to customs and for the delays caused by force majeure or the indirect harm caused by delays.
